We aim to provide efficient and reliable delivery services for all pool covers, roller systems, accessories, and related products.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Metropolitan Areas: approximately 10–14 business days
  • Regional Areas: approximately 10–21 business days
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on product type, custom manufacturing requirements, seasonal demand, freight network capacity, weather events, and delivery location.
  • Delivery timeframes may vary during peak periods including Christmas, public holidays, and major sales events.

Our Delivery Partners

  • We use reputable Australian courier and freight providers to deliver products safely and efficiently throughout Australia.
  • Delivery providers may include TNT, Jet Couriers, and other trusted freight carriers.
  • Carrier selection may vary depending on product size, destination, and delivery requirements.

Delivery Requirements

  • Deliveries are generally made Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery.
  • If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave the order in a safe place, leave a calling card, contact the recipient directly, arrange re-delivery, or redirect the goods to a local depot or collection point.

Collection From A Depot

  • Delivery locations outside of metro areas may require collection from a depot or collection point
  • APC staff will always contact you first if this is required
  • We will endeavor to find a collection depot that is nearest to your residential location

Important Delivery Information

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are correct and complete.
  • Access to the delivery location must be suitable for delivery.
  • Additional freight, re-delivery, storage, or handling charges may apply where incorrect delivery details are supplied, delivery access is restricted, or delivery attempts are unsuccessful.

Freight Delays & Carrier Responsibility

  • While APC works closely with freight providers to ensure prompt delivery, delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed.
  • To the extent permitted by law, APC is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control including freight carrier delays, weather events, transport disruptions, supply chain interruptions, public holidays, natural disasters, incorrect delivery information, or other unforeseen events.
  • Nothing in this policy excludes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
