Alex from Aussie Pool Covers has been absolutely incredible to work with. We needed a custom spa cover for our investment property and had to organise everything remotely. Just like to thank Martin and Alex for the best service ever and professional approach.
They took the time to explain all about their products, also being able to go to their factory and have a look at the materials and pool roller I was purchasing
The beauty of all there products is they are made in Australia.
All there covers and rollers are made on their premises in Landsdale
From the time I ordered the cover and roller and delivery was only 3 days
Alex installed my pool cover and roller and I must say his expertise was incredible to watch
After installation he explained the best ways to use the cover and roll it out and roll it back
We found out how wrong we had been doing it in the past.
I would highly recommend this company to everybody looking for any pool cover or roller
