Conditions of and exclusions from the Lowest Price Guarantee?

Aussie Pool Covers will beat a competitors advertised or quoted price for a comparable and stocked product subject to the following conditions:

  • The product is comparable: including similar micron thickness, colour and features
  • The competitor has stock available (i.e. no backorders or rainchecks) in the quantity requested and available for immediate purchase
  • The competitor’s price must include all associated costs, including GST, delivery charges and insurance and handling
  • If either the competitor’s product or our product is bundled with other products or bonuses (i.e. offers) then both offers must be identical
  • The competitors’ retail premises must be an Australian website capable of delivering the product to your residence
  • The competitor’s price must be in Australian dollars and be inclusive of all taxes.
  • Excludes trade buyers, wholesalers, importers, warehouses, auctions and auction sites, duty free, liquidation and clearance sales or if it is part of a larger order/quote or a corporate discount
  • Excludes cash back offers or any vouchers offered by the competitor or the competitor’s vendors
  • The competitor’s offer must be verifiable by Aussie Pool Covers Pty Ltd.
  • The Lowest Price Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
